Connect and Switch Between Reverb Shops

Connect each Reverb shop to one Verbstack account. Pick one to work in, or see them together.

Who it's for

Admins who run more than one Reverb shop.

Before you start

Settings → Connections → Shop Connection shows "N of M shops on your plan". Free and Pro include 1 shop. Max includes 2, on every band. Use a Reverb personal access token from the shop you're adding, not one you already connected.

Connect another shop

  1. Sign in to the Reverb account for the shop you're adding and open Reverb API Settings.
  2. Create a personal access token with every scope Verbstack lists beside the token box, and copy it.
  3. In Verbstack, open Settings → Connections → Shop Connection → Connect Another Shop, paste the token, and press Connect.

Verbstack starts importing the shop's whole history straight away. A large shop takes hours. The row shows progress, and you can keep working.

Switch between shops

Press the shop switcher in the top bar (once you have two shops) and pick a shop or All Shops. The page reloads for that shop. Your choice is in the page address, so you can bookmark or share it, and Verbstack remembers your last pick in this browser.

The menu also shows each shop's last sync, Reconnect if Reverb stopped accepting it, Paused if your plan includes fewer shops, and Manage Shops, which opens Settings → Connections.

A shop that shows Reconnect takes a new token in place: press Replace Token on its row in Settings → Connections. See Reverb stopped accepting your token.

If you are at your plan's limit

Connect Another Shop shows what a larger plan includes, or is disabled with the hover naming your limit. Moving to a plan with fewer shops never deletes anything. Your most recently connected shops pause (they stop syncing and stay readable) and resume when you upgrade again.

Delete a connection

In Settings → Connections → Shop Connection, find the row and press Delete Connection. Choose what goes with it, type the shop's name, and confirm:

  • Connection Only keeps the orders, listings, customers, payouts and profit history, and the costs, comments and notes you typed. They stop syncing and updating. Connect the shop again any time.
  • Connection and Data deletes the connection and everything synced through it. Costs, comments and notes you typed are deleted too, and they do not come back if you connect the shop again.

A customer who also bought from another of your shops keeps their record either way.
