How the trial works
Every new account starts with a 14-day trial. It includes every feature except Team, with Pro's limits: 1 shop, 1 seat and 1,000,000 AI tokens. No card needed.
Over the API and Connect to AI, the trial allows up to 25 live changes to Reverb a day. The cap lifts when you choose a plan.
What's included
During your trial, you get access to:
- Full shop analytics with unlimited history
- The P&L, from Revenue to Net Profit, with cost of goods and margins
- Inventory aging and the inventory planner, with purchase orders and suppliers
- Customer analytics with Lifetime Spend and cohort retention
- Cashflow: cash in and cash out by month, quarter or year
- Reports, including the ABC×XYZ Matrix and Forecast
- CSV export for every data view
- The Inbox, the Scorecard, and Bumps, Offers and Sales
- The AI assistant, recommendations and Connect to AI
Team is not part of the trial. Choose a plan to invite teammates.
Buying a plan during the trial
You can choose Pro or Max at any time in Settings → Billing. You are charged that day, and the trial ends. Your first billing period starts that day.
What happens after 14 days
When your trial ends, Verbstack recommends a plan from your orders:

If you choose nothing, you stay on Free. You keep shop analytics, order detail, every listing and 30 days of history. Paid features like the P&L, customer analytics, cashflow and the inventory planner are locked.
No data loss
Your data is never deleted when your plan changes. If you choose a plan later, all your historical data is available again.
