Left sidebar: Primary navigation to every section
Top bar: Search, the shop switcher and the Assistant
Main content area: Your data, charts and tables
Record pane: Click an order, listing or customer and it opens beside the list. The list stays usable

Main sections

Sections marked Pro and Max are in your 14-day trial too.

Dashboard

Your home base. Widgets show your key figures for the period, with the change from the previous period. Customize which widgets appear and their order.

Inbox

Buyer messages, offers, reviews and changes waiting for your approval, in one place. Available on Pro and Max.

Scorecard

Your shop's key figures graded against a target, by month, quarter or year. Available on Pro and Max.

Orders

Your full order history with search, filters and the revenue, fees, costs and profit of each order.

Listings

Listing-level analytics: price, days listed, watchers, views and profit. Open a listing to see its Cost History and add a cost.

Customers

Your buyers with Lifetime Spend, customer bands and cohort retention. Available on Pro and Max.

Recommendations

Every suggestion Verbstack makes, with its reason and an Approve button. Available on Pro and Max.

Assistant

Your conversations with the assistant. Open the assistant from the top bar on any page. Available on Pro and Max.

Promote

Two tabs: Bumps and Sales. Every bump rate shows your profit after the bump before you set it. Available on Pro and Max.

Profit

Three tabs: Cards, P&L and Cashflow. Read your shop from Revenue to Net Profit, by period, product, order or listing. Available on Pro and Max.

Inventory

Three tabs: Planner, Purchase Orders and Suppliers. The Planner shows how old your stock is, when to reorder and how many. Available on Pro and Max.

Reports

Eight tabs: Analytics, Matrix, Forecast, Feedback & Reviews, Messages, Briefings, Channels and Custom. Available on Pro and Max.

Settings

Open Settings from the sidebar. Its sections are grouped under Account & Security, Shop & Data, Configuration, and Billing & Support.

More than one shop

On Max, you can connect a second Reverb shop. The shop switcher in the top bar then lets you pick a shop or All Shops.

Quick tips

Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to open search
Click any metric card to drill into the underlying data
Use the menu button in the top bar to collapse the sidebar to icons
Switch between light and dark mode from the sidebar
