Dashboard layout

Verbstack uses a three-zone layout:

  • Left sidebar: Primary navigation to all major sections
  • Main content area: Your data, charts, and tables
  • Right column: Contextual stats, filters, and quick actions (where applicable)

Main sections

Dashboard

Your home base. Role-personalized widgets show key metrics: revenue, orders, sell-through rate, recent activity, and weekly trends. MetricCards show period-over-period changes so you can spot momentum or issues fast. Customize which widgets appear and their order.

Orders

Full order history with search, filters, and a detail drawer. Click any order to see line items, shipping info, and profit breakdown without leaving the list.

Listings

Listing-level analytics including sell-through rate, days-to-sell, and pricing data. Filter by status, category, or date range. Edit COGS inline for quick profitability updates. Click any listing for a richer detail drawer with engagement stats.

Customers

Customer analytics with repeat-buyer tracking, customer-band segmentation, lifetime-value projections, and cohort analysis. Available on Growth and above.

Profit

Your P&L engine across four tabs: Trends, Cards, Cashflow, and Profit & Loss. See gross and net margins, fee breakdowns, COGS, and an accountant-grade cashflow view with direct/indirect expense classification. Available on Starter and above.

Inventory

Inventory aging buckets, slow-mover detection, supplier management, and purchase orders. The inventory planner uses a fixed-threshold quadrant chart with supplier rollups to help you prioritize what to restock. Purchase orders move through a state machine with full activity logging. Available on Starter and above (purchase orders + suppliers require Growth and above).

Reports

Four built-in reports: ABC×XYZ Matrix (Pareto + variability classification), Analytics, Briefings, and Forecast. Available on Starter and above.

Quick tips

  • Use Cmd/Ctrl + K to open the command palette for fast navigation
  • Click any metric card to drill into the underlying data
  • The sidebar collapses to icons on narrower screens. Hover to see labels
  • Toggle dark mode from the theme switcher in the sidebar
