All Shops

Pages that show All Shops
- Dashboard
- Orders
- Listings
- Customers
- Inbox
- Recommendations
- Profit → Cards
- Purchase Orders
- Suppliers
- Reports → Channels
With two or more shops, lists show which shop each row belongs to, and Orders, Listings and Customers add a Shop column to the table and the CSV export. A record's pane shows which shop it belongs to.
Pages that show one shop at a time
Profit → P&L, Profit → Cashflow, Categories, Inventory → Planner, the other Reports, Promote and the Scorecard each show your last single shop. All Shops stays in the menu, disabled ("This page shows one shop at a time."). To compare shops here, switch between them.
How totals are worked out
Money and counts are added across shops. Ratios come from the totals, never an average: Average Order Value is total Revenue ÷ total orders, and margins are summed profit ÷ summed Revenue. Weeks and time zones come from your account, not a shop, so every shop uses the same calendar.
What All Shops does not cover
- Settings are per shop. Cost of goods defaults, shipping defaults, categories and data exports each apply to one shop. Pick the shop at the top of those settings sections.
- Customer bands come from the single shop you last picked, even on All Shops.
- The assistant answers for the shop the switcher shows, unless you ask about another shop or all of them.
- The Inbox badge counts every shop, even when the list shows one, so it can read higher than the list.
- Bulk actions that change your shop, such as bumps and prices, are grouped by shop and sent separately.
Customers across shops
A buyer who bought from two of your shops is one customer. Their lifetime spend, order count, average order value, first and last order, purchase frequency and VIP tier cover every shop. On one shop, Customers lists every buyer with an order there.
