Our story

Built by a Reverb seller,
for Reverb sellers

Verbstack started the way a lot of good tools start. Out of frustration.

After processing 40,000+ orders on Reverb and watching revenue data scatter across spreadsheets, bank statements, and Reverb's own limited analytics, we realized something: the tools available for marketplace sellers were either too simple or built for a completely different kind of e-commerce.

What we needed was dead simple. Open a dashboard, see revenue trends, know which listings are selling and which are sitting, and understand the real profit on every order once Reverb's fees and our shipping costs are accounted for. Real intelligence, built for how Reverb actually works.

So we built it.

Verbstack is designed for Reverb sellers doing serious volume. The ones who have outgrown manual tracking but don't need enterprise software that costs a fortune. It's the tool we wished existed when we were in the trenches.

Today's Verbstack covers the basics in a way nothing else does for Reverb. Connect your shop in one click and Verbstack pulls your orders, listings, feedback, and payouts. It calculates a real P&L: gross and net margins, fees, COGS, and operating expenses. It also gives you an accountant-grade cashflow surface with direct, indirect, and one-time expenses modeled correctly. Inventory aging tells you which listings are sitting too long, the planner shows where your capital is concentrated, and purchase orders give you a state-machine workflow from draft through receipt. Customer LTV and cohort analysis tell you who your buyers are and what they're worth. And ShipStation integration pulls actual shipping costs in so your margins are real, not estimated.

Every feature exists because we needed it ourselves. We're a seller-built product, and we plan to keep it that way.
