Pricing Questions
How are my orders counted?
We count your paid, shipped, received and picked-up orders over the last 90 days, across your connected shops, and divide by 3. Cancelled and refunded orders don’t count.
What happens if I sell more?
Your band is checked at each renewal. It can move up, never down. A Pro shop above 50 orders a month moves to Max. We tell you 14 days before.
Do you sell above 10,000 orders a month?
Yes. Max above 10,000 orders a month is priced by contract. Contact Us.
