Connect Your Reverb Shop
Overview
Verbstack connects to your Reverb shop using OAuth, a secure industry-standard protocol that never exposes your password. Once connected, Verbstack can sync your orders, listings, and payouts to power your analytics.
Before you start
- You need an active Reverb seller account
- You need a Verbstack account (sign up at app.verbstack.com)
Connect your shop
- Log in to your Verbstack dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Shop Connection
- Click Connect Reverb Shop
- You'll be redirected to Reverb's authorization page
- Review the permissions and click Authorize
- You'll be redirected back to Verbstack. Your shop is now connected
What permissions does Verbstack request?
Verbstack requests read-only access to your orders, listings, feedback, and payouts. We never modify your Reverb shop data.
First sync
After connecting, Verbstack begins syncing your shop data. This usually takes 1–5 minutes depending on your shop size. You can monitor the sync progress on the Settings → Shop Connection page.
Disconnect your shop
If you need to disconnect your shop:
- Go to Settings → Shop Connection
- Click Disconnect
- Confirm the disconnection
Data retention
Disconnecting your shop stops new data syncs. Your historical data remains in Verbstack for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
Troubleshooting
Authorization failed
If the OAuth flow fails, try:
- Clearing your browser cookies for reverb.com
- Using a different browser
- Checking that your Reverb account is in good standing
Sync stuck
If your initial sync appears stuck for more than 15 minutes:
- Check the Settings → Shop Connection page for error messages
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting your shop
