Data & Privacy and AI Features

Settings → Data & Privacy holds your data exports, live links, the account's AI features switch, benchmark sharing, your account export and account deletion.

Who it's for

Everyone. Admins change the account switches.

Before you start

Everyone can open Settings → Data & Privacy. The account switches need the Admin role.

Export your shop data

  1. Pick the shop. Skip this with one shop.
  2. Set the date range.
  3. Choose CSV or XLSX, the columns (Standard or All Fields), and any status filter.
  4. Press Download on the card you want: Orders, Listings, Payouts, Customers, Feedback, Bumps or P&L by Order.

Shop data exports need a Pro or Max plan. Your last ten exports in this browser are under Recent Exports.

Turn AI features on or off

The AI Features card's Turn On AI Features switch is admin only and visible to everyone. Turned off, it stops the assistant, the Morning Briefing and memory suggestions for the whole account. Everything else keeps working, and you can turn it back on any time.

The card's Learn More link opens How Verbstack Uses AI, which explains what the features read, who processes it, how long it's kept and your controls. If support has paused a feature, the card says so. The switch doesn't lift a pause: email support@verbstack.com.

Delete My Chat History, on the same card, deletes every conversation you've had with the assistant in this account. Anyone can use it, for themselves only. Teammates' conversations, your saved memory and pending approvals are unaffected.

Choose whether your shop counts toward benchmarks

The Trend and Benchmark Sharing card's Share Aggregated Statistics switch, under Aggregated Statistics, is admin only. It combines, across shops, how often sellers approve and how often recommendations work, into anonymised statistics that can't identify your shop. It never shares listings, prices, message text or account details.

A benchmark appears only with at least 3 sellers and 200 decisions behind it. In return you see "Sellers like you" beside your own results. New accounts start with sharing on in most regions, and off in the EU, EEA and UK. An admin can change it any time.

Export your whole account, and retention

Download JSON under Export Your Account Data (admin only) holds your decision history, shop rules, SOP documents and learned items, plus your own conversations and memory, never a teammate's.

Decision history, conversations with no messages and notification deliveries are deleted after 24 months, cleaned up on the first of each month.

Delete your account

  1. Scroll to Danger Zone and press Delete Account.
  2. Type DELETE.
  3. Press Permanently Delete.

This is admin only. It cancels your subscription immediately, removes saved payment methods, deletes every shop's data, analytics and settings, and revokes connected Reverb tokens. You get a confirmation email. It cannot be undone.

If you belong to another Verbstack account, deleting this one removes only this account's data. You keep your sign-in and your other account. With no other account, your sign-in is deleted too.

What needs a plan or a role

Admins change the AI Features switch and benchmark sharing, and export or delete the account. Shop data exports need a Pro or Max plan. Everyone can delete their own chat history.

Things people get wrong

  • Turning AI features off does not delete anything. Conversations, memory and proposals stay. Delete your chat history separately.
  • The AI switch and a support pause are different things. Turning the switch on never lifts a pause support applied.
  • Deleting your account is not the way to stop billing. Cancel the subscription in Settings → Billing. Deleting the account destroys your shop history as well.
  • Deleting your account does not sign you out of Verbstack if you belong to another account. Only this account's data is gone.
