Plans & Pricing
How plans work
Verbstack has three plans: Free, Pro and Max. Your orders a month set your plan, never your revenue. Pro and Max have the same features. Max adds a second connected shop, a second admin or editor seat, and larger AI and API allowances, and its price comes from your orders.
We count your paid, shipped, received and picked-up orders over the last 90 days, across your connected shops, and divide by 3. Cancelled and refunded orders don't count.

Annual billing
Annual billing is 2 months free. The pricing page and Settings → Billing show Annual first. Prices don't include applicable tax.
Max pricing by orders
Max has five bands. Your orders set your band at checkout.

Your band is checked at each renewal. It can move up, never down. We tell you 14 days before a change. Above 10,000 orders a month, Max is priced by contract: email support@verbstack.com.
What Pro and Max include
- Free: Shop dashboard, order detail, every listing and 30 days of history. 1 connected shop and 1 seat.
- Pro: Every feature: the P&L, inventory aging, CSV export and import, Connect to AI, customer Lifetime Spend, cashflow, the inventory planner and purchase orders, the Inbox, Reports, the AI Assistant, recommendations, the Scorecard, Bumps, Offers and Sales, and Team. 1 connected shop, 1 admin or editor seat and unlimited view-only seats. Unlimited history.
- Max: Everything in Pro, with 2 connected shops, 2 admin or editor seats, unlimited view-only seats and larger AI and API allowances.
AI tokens and API calls reset on the 1st of each month. API calls are counted apart for the API and for Connect to AI.
Changing plans
Choose or change a plan in Settings → Billing. Plan changes are prorated. If you choose a plan during your trial, you are charged that day and the trial ends. Your Max band is set at checkout and checked at each renewal. Pro is for shops up to 50 orders a month; above that, choose Max.
Payment methods
Verbstack accepts all major credit cards through Stripe. The billing portal updates your payment method, shows your invoices and cancels at the end of the period.
