Managing Your Subscription
Overview
Your plan is set by your orders a month. Choose or change a plan, and switch between monthly and annual billing, in Settings > Billing. The Stripe billing portal handles your payment method, invoices and cancellation.
Viewing your plan
Go to Settings > Billing to see:
- Your current plan, and your Max band if you are on Max
- Subscription status (active, trialing, past due, or cancelled)
- Next billing date and amount
- Trial days remaining (if applicable)
- AI Usage: This month's AI tokens against your allowance, and when they reset (Pro and Max)
Choosing a plan
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Choose Annual or Monthly. Annual is selected first, and it is 2 months free
- Choose Pro or Max. Max's price comes from your orders
- Complete checkout through Stripe
Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period. A change to a paid plan shows its exact charge before you confirm. Pro is for shops up to 50 orders a month. Above 10,000 orders a month, Max is priced by contract: email support@verbstack.com.
Choosing a plan during your trial
If you choose a plan during your 14-day trial, you are charged that day and the trial ends. Your first billing period starts that day.
When your orders grow
Your Max band is set at checkout and checked at each renewal. It can move up, never down. A Pro shop above 50 orders a month moves to Max at renewal. We tell you 14 days before.
Moving to Free
To stop paying, cancel your subscription in the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then your account moves to Free.
Feature access on Free
Free has shop, order and listing analytics with 30 days of history. Paid features lock when your plan ends. Your data is preserved. If you choose a plan again later, everything will be there.
Annual vs. monthly billing
Annual billing is 2 months free. You can switch between billing cycles under Settings > Billing. Switching to annual creates a new billing period starting today.
Stripe customer portal
Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal. It updates your payment method, shows invoices and cancels at the end of the period:
- Update your payment method
- View invoice history
- Download receipts
- Cancel your subscription
Plan changes happen in Settings > Billing, not in the portal.
Cancellation
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After that, your account moves to Free
- All your data is preserved. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access
