Account & Security Settings

Overview

The Settings page is your hub for managing everything about your Verbstack account, from your profile and security to display preferences and data privacy. Open it from the sidebar.

Account

Under Settings > Account:

  • Profile: Your photo and Display Name, shown in team views and activity logs
  • Business Name: Your shop or business name
  • Timezone: The time zone for dates and periods throughout Verbstack
  • Week Starts On: Sunday or Monday. Weekly charts, the Weekly Recap and the date picker follow it
  • Account ID: A read-only identifier you can copy for support requests
  • Email: Your login email

Business Name, Timezone and Week Starts On apply to the whole account, so only an admin can change them.

Security

Under Settings > Security:

  • Email Address: The email you sign in with
  • Change Password: Update your login password, or set one if you signed up with Google
  • Google Account: Whether your Google sign-in is linked

Display preferences

Under Settings > Display:

  • Theme: Light, dark or your system's setting
  • Dashboard View: The role whose widgets your Dashboard starts from: Management, Customer Service or Operations

Connections

Under Settings > Connections:

  • Shop Connection: Your Reverb shops, their last sync, Re-Sync and Delete Connection, and Replace Token on a shop whose token Reverb stopped accepting
  • Integrations: Connect or disconnect ShipStation for shipping costs and other sales channels

Data & privacy

Under Settings > Data & Privacy:

  • Export Shop Data: Download your orders, listings, customers, payouts, feedback or bumps
  • Export Your Account Data: An admin downloads everything in the account as a JSON file
  • AI Features: An admin can turn AI features off for the whole account. Anyone can delete their own chat history here
  • Delete Account: Permanently delete your account and all its data

Account deletion is permanent

Deleting your account cancels your subscription at once, deletes all your shop data, analytics and settings, and disconnects your Reverb shops. This action cannot be undone. If you also belong to another Verbstack account, your sign-in and that account stay.
