Account & Security Settings

Overview

The Settings page is your hub for managing everything about your Verbstack account, from your profile and security to display preferences and data privacy. Access it from the sidebar or by clicking your profile icon.

Account

Under Settings > Account, you can update:

  • Display name: How your name appears in Verbstack
  • Business name: Your shop or business name
  • Email address: Your login email
  • Account ID: A read-only identifier you can copy for support requests

Security

Under Settings > Security:

  • Change password: Update your login password
  • Two-factor authentication: Enable 2FA for an extra layer of security
  • Session management: View and revoke active sessions

Enable 2FA

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to protect your account, especially if you're on a paid plan with connected shop data.

Display preferences

Under Settings > Display:

  • Theme: Switch between light and dark mode
  • Language: Set your preferred language
  • Timezone: Choose the timezone for date and time display throughout Verbstack

Integrations

Under Settings > Integrations:

  • Reverb: View your connected shop status, last sync time, and disconnect if needed
  • ShipStation: Connect or disconnect ShipStation for shipping data sync

Data & privacy

Under Settings > Data & Privacy:

  • Export your data: Download all your Verbstack data as a ZIP file
  • Delete account: Permanently delete your account and all associated data

Account deletion is permanent

Deleting your account removes all your data, disconnects your shop, and cancels your subscription. This action cannot be undone.
