Exporting Data
Overview
Most data views in Verbstack include a CSV export feature. Exports respect your current filters, date range, and column selection. You get exactly what you see on screen.
How to export
- Navigate to the page with the data you want (Orders, Listings, Customers, etc.)
- Apply any filters or date ranges you need
- Click the Export button in the toolbar
- Your browser will download a
.csvfile
What can be exported
| Page | What's included |
|---|---|
| Orders | Order details, revenue, fees, profit, shipping costs |
| Listings | Listing details, price, COGS, profit margin, state, days listed |
| Customers | Customer name, order count, lifetime spend, last order date, customer band |
| Inventory | Listing title, days listed, value, health score, aging bucket |
| Reports | Any report's underlying data table |
Column selection
The exported CSV includes the columns currently visible in your table view. To customize which columns appear:
- Click the column settings icon in the toolbar
- Check or uncheck columns
- Then export. Only visible columns are included
Full data export
For a complete export of all your Verbstack data (not just one page), go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Your Data. This generates a ZIP file containing all your orders, listings, customers, expenses, and settings.
