Exporting Data

Overview

Most data views in Verbstack include a CSV export. Exports respect your current filters, search and date range.

Requires Pro or Max

CSV export is on Pro and Max. Your 14-day trial includes it. On Free, Export on Orders, Listings and Customers is shown but disabled. Hover it for the reason.

How to export

  1. Navigate to the page with the data you want (Orders, Listings, Customers, etc.)
  2. Apply any filters or date ranges you need
  3. Choose the rows:
    • Tick rows to export only those
    • Tick nothing to export the rows on the current page
    • To export every row your filters match, tick the rows on the page, then press Select All in the selection bar
  4. Click the Export button in the toolbar
  5. Your browser will download a .csv file

What can be exported

ReportsAny report's underlying data table

Each page exports a set list of columns. The export does not follow the columns you show or hide in the table.

Full data exports

Under Settings > Data & Privacy:

  • Export Shop Data: Download orders, listings, customers, payouts, feedback or bumps for a date range. Available on Pro and Max
  • Export Your Account Data: An admin downloads everything in the account as a JSON file
