Listing Analytics

Overview

The Listings page helps you understand how each of your listings is performing, from pricing and sell-through to individual profitability. It's where you track what's selling, what's sitting, and where to focus your attention.

Listing table

The data table includes columns for:

  • Title: Listing name with link to Reverb
  • State: Active, Sold, Ended, Draft, or Suspended
  • Price: Current or final sale price
  • Days Listed: How long the listing has been (or was) active
  • Watchers: Number of Reverb users watching the listing
  • Condition: Item condition
  • Category: Product category
  • Profit: Net profit after fees and COGS (if COGS is set)
  • Margin %: Profit as a percentage of sale price
  • COGS: Cost of goods sold (editable inline)

Click any COGS cell to enter or update the cost for that listing. Changes are saved immediately and flow into your profitability calculations.

MetricCards

Three summary cards at the top:

  • Total Listings: Count of listings matching your current filters
  • Average Price: Mean listing price
  • Average Days to Sell: Median days from listed to sold

State distribution chart

A visual bar chart showing how your listings are distributed across states. Hover over a segment to highlight listings in that state in the table below.

Filtering

  • Date range: Filter by when listings were created or sold
  • State filter: Show only active, sold, ended, etc.
  • Category filter: Focus on a product category
  • Search: Find listings by title

Detail drawer

Click any listing to open the detail drawer showing full listing details, pricing history, watcher count, and profitability breakdown.
