Export a Whole Filtered Selection
Export every row your filter matches, not just the page on screen.
Who it's for
Anyone on a Pro or Max plan exporting from Orders, Listings or Customers. Your 14-day trial includes it. On Free, Export is shown but disabled.
Export everything a filter matches
- Open Orders, Listings or Customers, and set filters, search and date range.
- Tick the table header checkbox. It selects the rows on this page, and the selection bar above the list reads "50 selected".
- Press Select All 8,079 Listings in the bar. The bar now reads "All 8,079 listings selected".
- Press Export all 8,079 in the toolbar.
Verbstack reads every page and shows progress ("Preparing your export… 4,000 of 8,079 listings"). It downloads the file once complete and says how many rows it holds.
To export only rows you picked, tick them and press Export N selected in the toolbar. Untick any row and Select All turns off. Clear, at the right of the bar, clears every pick.
The bar is the same on every list that selects rows, and its actions act on your picks. Where an action takes only the rows ticked on this page, the bar says so, for example "Actions apply to the 25 on this page."
What the file contains, and limits
The file holds the list's standard export columns, sorted and filtered as the list is. On an account with more than one shop, it also has a Shop column.
Export up to 100,000 rows at a time. Past that, narrow the filter. If a page fails to load, no file is written and a red message asks you to try again, so a download never claims to hold more than it does.
