Managing Orders

Overview

The Orders page gives you a full view of every order synced from your Reverb shop. Use it to track revenue, analyze profitability per order, and export data for your records.

Order table

The table shows these columns by default:

  • Product
  • Date
  • Order #
  • Category
  • Condition
  • Item Sales: The item price the buyer paid
  • Revenue: Item Sales plus Shipping Revenue. Sales tax is never revenue
  • Marketplace Fees: Reverb's fees on the sale
  • Shipping Cost
  • Gross Profit: Revenue less refunds and the cost of goods sold
  • Gross Margin %: Gross Profit as a share of Revenue
  • Status

Column customization

Click the column settings icon to show, hide, or reorder columns. More columns include Shipping Revenue, Taxes Collected, Order Total, each Reverb fee, Shipping & Supplies, Cost of Goods, Contribution Margin and the refund details. Your preferences are saved for future sessions.

MetricCards

Four summary cards sit above the table:

  • Total Orders
  • Total Revenue
  • Marketplace Fees
  • Gross Profit
  • Date range: Pick a period with the date picker
  • Search: Find any order by product title or order number
  • Sort: Click a column header to sort ascending or descending

Order pane

Click any row to open the order beside the list. It shows the whole revenue bridge (Item Sales, Shipping Revenue, Revenue, Taxes Collected and Order Total), each fee, the costs and the profit, without leaving the order list. Hover a label for its meaning.

An order stops at Contribution Margin. Net Profit belongs to a period, because indirect expenses are not charged to one order.

CSV export

Click Export in the toolbar to download a CSV file. To export every order your filters match, tick the rows on the page, then press Select All in the selection bar. Export needs a Pro or Max plan. On Free it is shown but disabled.
