Managing Orders
Overview
The Orders page gives you a full view of every order synced from your Reverb shop. Use it to track revenue, analyze profitability per order, and export data for your records.
Order table
The data table shows 11 columns by default:
- Product: Item title with thumbnail
- Date: Order completion date
- Order #: Reverb order number
- Category: Product category
- Condition: Item condition (e.g., Excellent, Very Good)
- Sale Price: What the buyer paid
- Gross Revenue: Sale price before fees
- Fees: Total Reverb + processing fees deducted
- Shipping Cost: Shipping label or buyer-paid shipping
- Gross Profit: Revenue minus fees and shipping
- Margin %: Profit as a percentage of revenue
Column customization
Click the column settings icon to show, hide, or reorder columns. Your preferences are saved for future sessions.
MetricCards
Four summary cards sit above the table:
- Total Orders: Count for the selected period
- Average Order Value: Mean sale price
- Total Revenue: Sum of all gross revenue
- Gross Profit: Revenue minus fees and shipping
Filtering and search
- Time period: Filter by 30 days, 90 days, YTD, or All
- Search: Find orders by product title or order number
- Sort: Click any column header to sort ascending or descending
Order detail drawer
Click any row to open the detail drawer on the right side. It shows the full order breakdown including line items, shipping details, fee itemization, and profit calculation, without leaving the order list.
CSV export
Click Export in the toolbar to download your filtered order data as a CSV file. The export respects your current filters and column selection.
