Inventory Management
Overview
The Inventory page helps you understand the health of your active inventory. It surfaces slow-moving stock, tracks aging, and helps you make decisions about repricing, promoting, or clearing items.
Requires Starter plan or higher
Inventory management is available on Starter, Growth, Pro, Scale, and Enterprise plans. During your 14-day trial, all features are unlocked.
Aging buckets
Your inventory is grouped into four aging buckets based on how long each listing has been active:
- 0–30 days: Fresh inventory, recently listed
- 31–60 days: Moderate age, may benefit from a price adjustment
- 61–90 days: Aging stock, consider repricing or running a sale
- 90+ days: Slow movers, action recommended
A color-coded bar chart shows the distribution across buckets so you can see at a glance how much of your inventory is aging.
Health scores
Each listing receives a health score from 0–100 based on:
- Age: How long it's been listed
- Watchers: Buyer interest signals
- Price competitiveness: How your price compares to similar items
- Category performance: How well the category is selling overall
Higher scores mean healthier listings. Use the health tier filter to focus on items that need attention.
Slow-mover detection
Verbstack automatically flags listings that have been active for an extended period with low watcher counts and no offers. These are your slow movers. Items that may need intervention.
Inventory table
The data table shows:

- Days Listed: Time since listing went live
- Quantity: Stock count
- Price: Current listing price
- COGS: Cost of goods (if set)
- Value: Total inventory value (price x quantity)
- Category: Product category
- Health Score: 0–100 health rating
