Overview
Verbstack includes four built-in reports that help you analyze your shop from different angles. From inventory classification to financial summaries to demand forecasting.
Requires Starter plan or higher
Reports are available on Starter, Growth, Pro, Scale, and Enterprise plans. During your 14-day trial, all features are unlocked.
Report types
ABC×XYZ Matrix
Combines two classic inventory classifications into a single 2D matrix:
- ABC: Pareto classification by revenue (or gross profit, or capital invested). A items are the top 20% that drive ~80% of value, B items are the middle, C items are the long tail.
- XYZ: Variability classification by demand pattern. X items sell consistently, Y items have moderate variation, Z items are sporadic.
Each cell of the matrix (AX through CZ) suggests a different inventory strategy. AX items are your reliable workhorses; CZ items are unpredictable long-tail. Includes horizontal scroll on mobile and a forecast metric switcher.
Analytics
A flexible analytics workspace for exploring your shop data. Build period comparisons, drill into segments, and surface metrics that don't have a dedicated dashboard widget.
Briefings
Pre-built executive briefings: concise summaries of your shop's performance for stakeholders, accountants, or your own end-of-week review. Includes a mobile fallback for the PDF preview.
Forecast
Revenue, units, and margin projections based on historical trends. Switch between metrics with the forecast metric switcher to see different views of where your shop is headed.
