Is my data secure?
Yes. Verbstack uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled on all user-facing tables. Your data is isolated to your account and cannot be accessed by other users. All connections use HTTPS encryption, and we use cookie-based authentication via Supabase Auth.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is preserved after cancellation. Your account moves to Free, which gives you limited access to your dashboard and 30 days of history. If you resubscribe later, all your data is still there. Nothing is deleted unless you explicitly request account deletion.
How are my orders counted?
We count your paid, shipped, received and picked-up orders over the last 90 days, across your connected shops, and divide by 3. Cancelled and refunded orders don't count.
After your trial ends, Verbstack recommends a plan from your orders:
- Free: Up to 10 orders a month
- Pro ($229/yr): Up to 50 orders a month
- Max (from $449/yr): Over 50 orders a month, priced by band
- Max, over 10,000 orders a month: priced by contract. Contact Us at support@verbstack.com
Free never changes by itself. Your Max band is checked at each renewal and can move up, never down.
Can I use Verbstack with multiple Reverb shops?
Max connects 2 shops. Free and Pro connect 1. With two shops, pick one in the shop switcher or see them together under All Shops.
How often does my data sync?
Verbstack syncs your shop once a day, overnight. On Pro and Max, new buyer messages arrive in the Inbox within about 10 minutes. You can also click Re-Sync at any time under Settings > Connections > Shop Connection. The first sync imports your whole history, which can take several hours for a large shop.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro and Max have the same features. Max adds a second shop, a second admin or editor seat and larger AI and API allowances, priced by your orders.
Can I export my data?
Yes. On Pro and Max, most pages in Verbstack have a CSV export button that respects your current filters. You can also export your shop data or your whole account from Settings > Data & Privacy.
Do you offer refunds?
Verbstack subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Since you can try Verbstack free for 14 days before paying, we generally don't offer refunds, but contact support if you have concerns and we'll work with you.
