Is my data secure?

Yes. Verbstack uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled on all user-facing tables. Your data is isolated to your account and cannot be accessed by other users. All connections use HTTPS encryption, and we use cookie-based authentication via Supabase Auth.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is preserved after cancellation. Your account drops to the Free tier, which gives you limited access to your dashboard and 30 days of history. If you resubscribe later, all your data is still there. Nothing is deleted unless you explicitly request account deletion.

How do revenue gates work?

Verbstack uses revenue-based pricing. After your trial ends, the system recommends a tier based on your synced shop revenue:

  • Free: Under $1K/month revenue
  • Starter ($29/mo): Under $5K/month
  • Growth ($79/mo): Under $25K/month
  • Pro ($149/mo): Under $75K/month
  • Scale ($299/mo): Under $250K/month
  • Enterprise (custom): $250K+/month

You choose your own plan. The recommendation is a suggestion, not a restriction.

Can I use Verbstack with multiple Reverb shops?

Multi-shop support is available on the Enterprise plan. On all other plans, you can connect one Reverb shop per account. If you operate multiple shops, contact us about Enterprise pricing.

How often does my data sync?

Verbstack automatically syncs your shop data periodically. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from Settings > Shop Connection. Initial syncs may take a few minutes for shops with large order histories.

What's the difference between Growth and Pro plans?

Growth and Pro have the same features. Both unlock customer LTV, cohort analysis, cashflow planning, the inventory planner, and full purchase-order + supplier management. Pro simply has a higher revenue ceiling ($75K/month vs. $25K/month). Scale is also identical to Growth with a $250K/month ceiling.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Most pages in Verbstack have a CSV export button that respects your current filters and column selection. You can also do a full data export from Settings > Data & Exports.

Do you offer refunds?

Verbstack subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Since you can try all features free for 14 days before paying, we generally don't offer refunds, but contact support if you have concerns and we'll work with you.
