Carriers
Overview
The Carriers view on Profit shows how many shipping labels you bought from each carrier, and what they cost, for the period you pick.
Requires Pro or Max
Carriers is on Pro and Max, with Profit. Your 14-day trial includes it.
Open it
- Go to Profit > Cards.
- Select the card for the period you want.
- In the table below the cards, change View to Carriers.
The table follows the selected card's period and the shop switcher. On All Shops it counts every label on your account.
What it shows
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Carrier | The carrier, with its logo |
| Labels | Labels bought in the period |
| Total Cost | What those labels cost |
| Average Cost per Label | Total Cost divided by Labels |
| Share of Label Cost | The carrier's part of your label cost |
The carrier with the highest cost comes first, and a Total row closes the table. A label counts on the day it shipped.
Select Export to download the table as a CSV.
Where the labels come from
Carrier costs come from your ShipStation labels. If your account has no ShipStation labels, Verbstack counts the carriers on your Reverb orders instead. Reverb usually reports no label cost on them, so their cost reads Not Available, never $0.00.
If you have more than one shop, a label from a ShipStation store linked to a shop belongs to that shop. Any other label belongs to the shop whose order it shipped.
