Dashboard Overview

Overview

The Dashboard is your home screen when you log in to Verbstack. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your shop's health through a role-personalized widget grid covering revenue, orders, listings, inventory, customers, and profitability.

Role-personalized widgets

When you complete the onboarding wizard, you pick a role: Management, Customer Service, or Operations. Verbstack pre-selects the widget mix that matters most for that role. You can change it at any time under Settings > Display > Dashboard View.

Each widget shows a key metric or summary, and clicking it jumps you to the detail page with relevant filters pre-applied.

Customizing your dashboard

Click Customize to open the Customize pane beside the Dashboard. The Dashboard previews your changes as you make them.

Show or hide widgets: Move any widget between On Dashboard and Hidden
Reorder widgets: Arrange them in the order that matters most
Presets: Apply a role's widget mix as a starting point

Your layout is yours. It follows you across browsers and does not change a teammate's Dashboard.

MetricCards

MetricCards appear throughout Verbstack, on the dashboard and on individual pages. Each card shows:

The metric name and current value
A period-over-period delta (percentage change)
A trend indicator arrow

Hover a metric name to read its definition. Click any MetricCard on the dashboard to drill into the underlying data.

Fee Breakdown

The Fee Breakdown widget lists the lines under Marketplace Fees: Selling Fee, Payment Processing Fee, Bump Fee, Cross-Border Fee and Tax on Fees, plus Financing Fee and Currency Conversion Fee when the period has them. The lines add up to the Marketplace Fees total.

The Cross-Border Fee is marked Estimated unless every fee in the period is Reverb's own figure from your Reverb Payouts CSV. See Profit & Loss.

Inventory Health

The Inventory Health widget shows your active listings, the share aged over 180 days and your catalog value. Aged 180d+ carries a Watch badge when 10% or more of your live catalog is over 180 days old, and Needs Attention at 25% or more. Below 10%, no badge shows.
