MetricCards
Summary metrics at the top of the page:
- Total Customers: Unique buyers in the selected period
- Repeat Rate: Percentage of customers who've ordered more than once
- Average Order Value: Mean spend per order across all customers
- Average LTV: Lifetime value across the customer base
Customer bands
Verbstack segments your customers into bands based on spend and frequency. Bands are independent predicates you can mix and match. Common patterns:
- High-value repeat: Multiple orders, above-average spend
- Recent high-value: New customers with above-average first orders
- Lapsed: Previously high-value customers who haven't ordered recently
- New repeat: Customers who just made their second purchase
The distribution chart shows how many customers fall into each band.
Customer table
The data table shows:
- Name: Customer display name
- Orders: Total order count
- Lifetime Spend: Cumulative revenue from this customer
- Avg Order Value: Mean order size
- Last Order: Date of most recent purchase
- Customer Band: Auto-assigned based on spend and frequency
