Built for how Reverb sellers actually work
Most reseller templates are generic. This one is built around Reverb's real fee structure: the 5% selling fee on item plus shipping, payment processing on the order total including tax, and optional Bump. Log a sale and the workbook shows your true net profit and margin, not just the payout.
Every rate lives on one Rates tab, so the day Reverb changes a fee you update it once and the whole workbook follows. The P&L tab pulls straight from your sales log, so your monthly numbers are always current.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Reverb seller spreadsheet really free?
Yes. Enter your email and you get instant access to the full template, plus a copy in your inbox. There is no payment and no trial. We will occasionally send Reverb selling tips, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
How do I use the spreadsheet?
Make your own copy first (File > Make a copy in Google Sheets, or save a copy in Excel), then start logging your sales on the Per-Sale Profit tab. Fees, payout, net profit, margin, and ROI all calculate automatically using Reverb’s published rates.
Does it calculate Reverb fees automatically?
Yes. The workbook has the 5% selling fee, payment processing (3.19% + $0.49, or 2.99% for Preferred Sellers), and Bump built in. All rates live on a single Rates tab, so if Reverb changes a rate you update it once and every tab recalculates.
Will it work in Excel and Google Sheets?
Both. It is delivered as a spreadsheet you can copy into Google Sheets or open in Excel. The formulas use standard functions that work in either.
What is the difference between this and the Verbstack app?
The spreadsheet is manual: you log each sale yourself. Verbstack connects directly to your Reverb shop and tracks every number in the spreadsheet automatically, with full history, inventory aging, and a live P&L. The spreadsheet is a great start; the app is the upgrade when manual entry gets old.
Ready to stop updating a spreadsheet?
Verbstack connects to your Reverb shop and tracks all of this automatically, with full history and a live P&L.
